Arrive Early​
You'll check in at the registration booth upon arrival. We're expecting a tremendous number of people for check-in, so please plan to arrive early to avoid long lines.

• Registration opens at 2:00 PM
• Exhibit Hall opens at 3:00 PM
• Speakers will be in the Exhibit Hall starting at 3:00 PM Friday for meet-and-greet and autographs — don't miss your chance to connect with them in person

Volunteers: please check in at the dedicated Volunteer Check-In line.

Seating & Doors​
Seating is open — first come, first seated.

Friday

• Gold Circle doors open at 4:00 PM
• General Admission doors open at 4:30 PM
• Exhibit Hall closes at 10:00 PM

Saturday

• Doors open at 7:00 AM
• Program begins at 8:00 AM
• Exhibit Hall closes at 6:30 PM

Don't Miss the Exhibit Hall — Friday at 3:00 PM​
This is one of our favorite parts of the weekend, and Friday afternoon is the time to be there. Our incredible lineup of exhibitors is worth arriving early for — ministries to connect with, gear and resources to check out, and great deals along the way. The speakers will be in the hall starting at 3:00 PM, and our presenting sponsor, Trail Life USA, will be hosting their podcast live just outside the hall. Come be part of the energy before the main session doors even open.
